ABOUT US
Pathfinders Custom Conversions is a family run business located in Leitrim, Ireland. Our speciality is creating personalised homes on four wheels!
From converting vans to luxury campers, camper maintenance and upgrading, to the restoration of caravans and vintage Landrover jeeps, our company can facilitate any ask or potential design that you need.

​Managing Director Elliot Kearns is an outdoor lifestyle enthusiast with a passion for campers and expedition vehicles. Elliot inherited his love of touring and campers from his father, Seamus, who designed and converted a number of campers himself, taking them across Germany, France, Austria and Spain with his family (including a young Elliot) in tow.
Elliot has so far converted over 250 vehicles for his happy customers, and has built a dedicated following on social media and among outdoor lifestyle enthusiast groups. These vehicles have travelled all across the globe - with some heading on mammoth expeditions through Europe, South America, Asia and of course at home here in Ireland, along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Pathfinders are a true family run business, with every member of the team sharing the 'Kearns' surname:
​
- Elliot's wife Breffni is the financial controller
- Lorcan, his brother, is a project manager and looks after the electrical aspect of our projects
- Garret, the baby of the family, is Elliot's right hand man in the workshop and a carpentry whizz-kid
- Seamus, Elliot's father, occasionally steps in when needed as an expert consultant (and professional nagger!)

CAMPER CONVERSIONS
At Pathfinders Custom Conversions, we can create a conversion designed by you. Conversions that have the perfect balance of functionality and creativity. Tell us what you need and we’ll design a camper specifically for you. Our team are experts at affordable, bespoke and innovative conversions.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
From, broken showers to full restoration projects, our team can look after any issues with your camper or expedition vehicle. Our services include diesel heater fittings, electrical issues, habitation checks, damp checks and routine maintenance. Let us know what the issue is and we’ll make a plan on how to fix it.
EXPEDITION VEHICLES
A passion of ours is expedition vehicles and bringing old, run down vehicles back to life. We’ve restored 20+ vintage vehicles, from old caravans to Landrover Defender and Discovery Jeeps. If you have a rusty, old vehicle, let us know and we can help restore it and give it the love it deserves.
